Graphic Packaging, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International, has reached an agreement to acquire all the assets of die-cuts manufacturing company PFP and its related entity PFP Dallas Converting. Founded in 1999, PFP is a converter engaged in the production of paperboard-based air filter frames, with strong earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) margins. The acquisition will give Graphic Packaging access to the company’s manufacturing facilities in Lebanon, Tennessee and Lancaster, Texas.
